Kelly Hoefer – CEO
Kelly brings 20-plus years of professional experience to Visions KC. In addition to freelance designing and coordinating events, Kelly has baked some of the most delicious and gorgeous wedding cakes in Kansas City. She enjoys helping her clients plan and design their event and always goes above and beyond to do so in an efficient and economical matter.
Kelly is committed to volunteering and supporting community organizations. She has served as an Area Chair and a Co-Chair for the Sterns Soiree, which benefits the Arts and Recreation Foundation of Overland Park. She has also served as President of the Parent Booster Club for the Air Force Jr. ROTC in Lee’s Summit. She is currently a Board Member for Immacolata Manor in Liberty.
Kelly grew up in the Northland and is proud to have returned to her roots so that she can bring her unique knowledge and understanding of the community to this venue.
Tyler Cramer – Director of Operations
As a Kansas City native, Tyler has always had that hometown midwest personality. He brings his unique experience with logistics and operations management to Visions KC with a personal touch to ensure every event runs smoothly. With over 7 years in the rental and operations management industry, Tyler will exceed all expectations!
Sara Cramer – Director of Marketing
Sara graduated from The Kansas City Art Institute in 2010 with a background in graphic design and interdisciplinary art. She brings over 12 years of marketing experience to the table. Her passions are photography, gardening and jewelry making. At Visions KC Event Services her focus is marketing and design.
