We identify and problem solve to ensure you are thrilled with the results and your guests have an amazing time. From beginning to end, we want you to be able to enjoy the journey of being engaged. Over the years, we have developed close relationships with vendors and are able to guide you through the decision-making process (the decisions is ALWAYS yours) and helping you to stay within budget, all while allowing you to have the elements most important to you.
Day-Of Coordination
- Initial Consultation at time of booking, tips and outline for your FIRST month of planning
- 2-3 meetings, the LAST month before the big day to go over day-of details and scheduling
- Unlimited phone calls and emails
- Walk through at venue
- Attend 30-day meetings with all vendors
- Vendor confirmation emails/calls the week of wedding
- Detailed event timeline provided for couple, family, bridal party, and vendors
- Manage and run rehearsal (up to 1.5 hours)
- Up to 12 hours on wedding day
- Wedding Day survival kit
- Setup at ceremony and reception site (cleanup for additional fee)
- Ensure all members of wedding party and family are on schedule for the day
- Greet guests and help guide them throughout the day
- Handle any day-of emergencies that may arise
- Coordinate and direct all wedding attendants
- Full ceremony and reception management, decorating, and detail organziation
- Que cake cutting, toasting ceremonies, first dance, parent dances, bouquet toss, garter toss and any other activities
Partial Planning
Includes all Day-OF Coordination Services
- 5-7 planning meetings beginning six months prior to your wedding
- Weekly agenda and reminders: Invitations, rentals, appointments, honeymoon arrangements
- Help creating and managing your budget
- Assistance in wedding design/theme creation
- Assist in inspiration board creation to develop a unique and consistent style for your wedding
- Distribute vendor payments (if necessary)
- Referrals and appointments with vendors still needed. Attendance at vendor meetings if desired
- Main point of contact with vendors from this point on
- Assistance in booking accommodations and transportation for guests
- Secure any personal items at the end of the reception such as :Top layer of cake, toasting glasses, cake serving set, and any other personalized items brought by the wedding couple
Full Planning Services
Includes all Day-Of Coordination and Partial Planning Services
- Consultations with Bride and Groom

- Monthly Consultation until last month
- Weekly meetings during last month until Wedding

- Timeline Development leading up to wedding
- Coordinate with Band or DJ to schedule timing of Reception Activities
- Research and assist in finding the perfect venue and vendors

- Personal Styling and Shopping for entire bridal party
- Assistance selecting invitations, stationary, and assist with wording
- Schedule appointments to interview prospective vendors
- Attend vendor meetings as needed (up to 2 per vendor type)
- Act as liaison/main contact with vendors
- Menu planning and attendance at tastings – we specialize in dietary restrictions
- Assistance Ceremony rehearsal
- Rehearsal dinner recommendations and coordination
- Creation of reception seating chart, if needed
- RSVP tracking
- Assistance hiring transportation for you and guests
- Assistance with hotel accommodations for the Bride & Groom, and their guests
- Assistance finding the perfect honeymoon package
- Pickup, delivery and return of rental items
- Transportation of gifts on wedding day to your desired destination
